Delivery Information
All mattresses purchased on our website come with free delivery. Orders are usually fulfilled within 3 to 10 working days, depending on availability and location. We deliver across Singapore, except for selected restricted locations. Surcharges may apply for selected army camps, PSA Logistic, Changi Cargo Village, Sentosa, and Changi Airport, and we do not deliver to Jurong Island or Tuas.
Delivery Notes
Weekday deliveries take place between 10 AM and 5 PM. Weekend delivery is available only by special request, and extra charges may apply. Additional charges may also apply to locations without lift access, restricted areas, or failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details.

For regular care, spot-clean your mattress with a mild detergent and allow it to air-dry completely.

Somnuz mattresses are non-flip, but we recommend rotating them 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months to support even wear.
