Ordered online on 25 of Feb 2024 via the website. Nothing in mentioned that the mattress on the website that its not instock or I need to pre-order.
After making payment & receiving a confirmation email on our purchase, I received another email asking if I could wait for the stock to come in between end of March, early April 2024.
We agreed to it as we would really like to have the mattress.
As the time reaches, early April 2024, no updates were given to us from Somnuz. I had to call, emailed Somnuz & asked on when am I going to receive the mattress.
Again, dissapointment reply were given to me. The customer service said that our orders is not ready & I have to wait till end of April 2024. “ETA end of April 2024”.
I waited again till end of April. Again I had to be the one to call & asked what is the status of my orders. This time round the customer service mentioned that my order is ready & their logistic side to call for delivery day & time.
So to summarized it, I had to wait 2 months just to receive a King Size Mattress. We received the mattress on the 4th of May 2024.
Customers SHOULD be informed that items are not instock & we have to wait ‘Pre-Order’ before we checked out for payment. NOT after we have made payment. This will give customers to decide fairly whether we want to proceed on the purchase.

My second mattress from Somnuz. Satisfied. Delivered promptly. Reasonably priced.
Used my sealy posturedaedic for 30 years.Decided a change cause of backache. Was looking for a cheaper version that served the same purpose. And yes! I have found it! So good sleep and no lower backache when I woke up even when I goes to sleep with one. For $757 for a king size. It's definitely worth it!

Wasn’t sure at first whether to purchase mattress from Somnuz. But did it anyway after reading the good reviews. Small issue with the delivery but they still managed to deliver the mattress on the day I requested. The mattress 12 inch comfort night is really comfortable. The type of mattress I like to sleep on. I’m already thinking of purchasing another one.
As a caveat, every individual is built differently and would require different requirements in a mattress to have a sound sleep. Unfortunately, for us consumers, that means we would have to go through different mattresses, sleep on it for a few nights, to actual find one that suited our body.
My journey has ended with Somnuz™ mattress ... specifically the "Comfy 10 Inch Individual Pocketed Spring Mattress". Decided on this brand/model based on the many good reviews online and, more importantly, its affordability.
After the first night with this mattress, i wake up with a drastic drop in the lower back pain that has been bugging me with the previous mattress. The back pain has subsequently reduced after a few days to the point of being minimal ... the pain has not gone totally but it is now manageable and i am grateful for that.
The price point is also relatively affordable to the masses as opposed to the other brands that can go into the thousands of moolah; I obviously can't afford that. So, am grateful that Somnuz has provided an option for us mere mortals that help solve the problem that we face without breaking the bank.
That i give five stars on product quality and cost.
The only complain i have is the slow delivery ... the supply chain management needs to be improved. Placed an order on 01Jan2024 and got it delivered on 17Jan2024.

I was suprised with the comfort it gave me basing on the price range. Will truly recommend. Im so happy with this purchase. Delivery was also prompt.

It did support spinal.
But the fabric smell quite strong, it lasted about weeks.

Very quick buy via the website and delivery came a few days later. They updated the date and timing and the delivery was prompt. Mattress was also in good condition and comfortable enough for the price paid. Worth the buy!
